The paid versions are the same as the free version, but the "log" size is increased from 100 hits to 1500, 10,000, or 25,000. Detail reports are only made from what is in the log, so detail lasts longer with the more expensive versions. The reports are limited, but detailed.

ActiveMeter has an impressive array of reports. Reports are generated on demand, and the data is updated in real time. They can be downloaded in CSV, Excel, or XML formats.
The Summary Report shows the last 31 days of data, one day per line. Each line shows the date, page loads, vistors, unique visitors, first time visitors, and returning visitors. Clicking on the date drills to the Custom Visitor Report. On that page, the date may be changed, and the minimum pages filter may be used to limit the list to those who viewed more than x pages. The length of visit and the number of returning visits are also shown. Clicking on a visitor drills to the list of recent visits made by that visitor.
The Recent Visitor Report is a list of detail on the last x visitors, most recent first, with location, ISP, date/time, entry page, exit page, referrer, length of visit, pages viewed, and returning visits.
The Multiple Page Visitor Report shows visitor information like the Recent Visitor Report, but only for visitors who visited multiple pages. It is not unlike the report you get when you click through from the Summary Report (the Custom Visitor Report).
The Recent Pageload Report shows a list of pageloads, with the visitor and page information. The visitor information may be altered by clicking on the "Label Visitor" link, then giving the visitor a name, email address, etc. After setting the visitor name, it shows up on the reports. Page information is standardized as Page Title/Visited Page/Came From.
The Visitor Path Report is a list of pageloads, most recent at the top, which gives the date, time, and standard page information. They use alternating backgrounds to delineate visits. It might be a little hard to follow, since the list is upside down.
The Keyword Analysis Report shows the number of hits for a search phrase on a search engine, and the resulting landing page. There may be more than one line with the same search term, since they can have different landing pages. Clicking on the search term takes you to the search engine's page with the terms filled in. Note that here, the link is not broken by spaces in the search terms. Clicking on the landing page takes you to that page. The Recent Keyword Report is the detail for the Keyword Analysis Report.
The Popular Pages Report lists the pages hit by popularity, most popular at the top. The page URL links to the page.
The Entry Pages Report is the base page for the Entry Pages Report, Exit Pages Report, and Referring Links Report. Tabs select the current report. As might be expected, the Entry Pages and Exit Pages reports show the page URL's from most used to least used. The page URL is a link to the page. The referring Links Report shows the number of hits from referrers. The current site is not filtered, so hits from one page to another show up. The columns are sortable. The URL's link to the referring pages. I noticed that the links break if there are spaces in the URL's:
"http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=stats test&btnG=Search"
links to:
The System Statistics Report has three pie charts on it that show the browsers, operating systems, and JavaScript support. The numbers listed are pageloads, not visits. I visited my page with Firefox, Opera, IE6/7, Safari, and Chrome. Firefox, Opera, and IE were detected correctly, but Safari and Chrome are displayed as Mozilla.
The Regional Statistics Report is a launchpad for the Country, Region, and City reports. As expected, each report breaks the visitor base down finer. The columns are sortable.
Support"Notice: The support, feature request, and bug report forums are now available."
From a quick reading of them, it appears the Active Meter folks don't read the forums. They certainly don't moderate. People talk about used cars and men's "health" products in there. I found very few responses over a period of a few years. There is no email address on the site - just a form. Alexa, et al show an email address of "ryip [at] ipmsi.com". ipmsi.com is a parked domain (no site). The company given in Alexa is "I P Management Services Inc". I can't find any reference to this company on the web.
In SummaryActive Meter is as real time as it gets. The reports are excellent, but the browser/OS section needs a little work. Not that that information is more than a curiosity, but it would be nice if it were correct. Also, after changing the visitor label, it didn't show the new name on all visits from that host, and it didn't show on all reports. After rummaging around on the site for this document, I noticed that the name was gone from all visits on all reports, and the "Label Visitor" link was back, but it wasn't a link! The name could not be fixed. No other visitors could be modified. Another visit, on another day, and the links were back, as were the names, but clicking on the "Label" buttons did not fix all labels.
